About Seih Sdeirah by Aldar & Arada



Seih Sdeirah by Aldar & Arada is a new masterplanned residential community located on the Abu Dhabi side of the Abu Dhabi–Dubai border. Announced on 30 September 2026, the development marks the first joint masterplan between Aldar Properties and Arada, bringing together their experience in creating large-scale residential destinations across the UAE.



Spanning up to 1.5 million square metres, the proposed community is planned to feature a collection of detached villas and townhouses, alongside integrated retail and recreational facilities. The masterplan aims to create a family-oriented neighbourhood where residential living, everyday services, and leisure spaces come together.



The development benefits from the complementary expertise of both partners. Aldar brings its established presence in Abu Dhabi, including communities such as Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, and Alghadeer, while Arada leads development and construction, drawing on its experience delivering residential communities such as Aljada and Masaar in Sharjah.



Situated near the Abu Dhabi–Dubai border, Seih Sdeirah is positioned within a growing corridor connecting the two emirates, with access to key destinations including Al Maktoum International Airport, Expo City Dubai, Yas Island, and Zayed International Airport.



With villas, townhouses, retail, and recreational facilities forming the core of its masterplan, Seih Sdeirah by Aldar & Arada represents a new residential collaboration between two prominent UAE developers. Property layouts, bedroom configurations, prices, payment plans, and handover dates are yet to be announced and will be confirmed with the official project launch.
