## Detailed Description
About Meriva Sunset

Meriva Sunset by Ellington Properties is a G+20 residential tower located at Dubai Islands, offering a collection of 1 to 4-bedroom apartments and signature penthouses in a distinctive waterfront setting. Designed to embrace the surrounding Arabian Gulf, the development combines contemporary architecture, spacious layouts and panoramic sea views with a relaxed island lifestyle.

The residences feature floor-to-ceiling glazing that welcomes natural light and frames the coastal surroundings. Interiors are finished in a calming palette of soft greys, warm taupe and natural beige, complemented by light wood cabinetry, refined grey marble surfaces and champagne metal accents. Selected residences offer private swimming pools and elevated terraces, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Residents can enjoy an extensive range of wellness, leisure and entertainment facilities. These include a fitness pavilion with a juice bar, yoga and Pilates studios, swimming pools for adults and children, cabanas, jogging tracks, basketball and paddle courts, table tennis, and a mini-golf area. Additional lifestyle spaces include a private cinema, jazz club, games room, podcast studio, co-working area, and dedicated indoor and outdoor children's play spaces.

The tower also features elevated leisure experiences across selected floors, including a lap pool, jacuzzi, barbecue deck, cabanas and an adults-only viewing deck with giant chess. With its beachfront surroundings, waterfront promenades and thoughtfully designed amenities, Meriva Sunset offers a contemporary residential experience shaped by coastal views, comfort and everyday wellbeing.
