About Ellington Master Community by Ellington Properties



Ellington Master Community is the first master-planned residential development by Ellington Properties, located next to Mira 4 in Reem, Dubailand, Dubai. Designed as a large, gated residential neighbourhood, the proposed development is expected to feature more than 3,000 homes, combining contemporary architecture, spacious family residences, and integrated lifestyle facilities.



The planned residential collection includes 2 and 3-bedroom townhouses, 4-bedroom twin villas, and 4- and 5-bedroom standalone villas. The community is expected to offer a range of family-focused amenities, including landscaped parks, swimming pools, sports facilities, fitness centres, running and cycling tracks, children's play areas, retail outlets, restaurants, a nursery, and dedicated dog parks.



Located within Dubailand, the development is expected to benefit from access to Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road, with nearby communities including Reem, Arabian Ranches, and Mudon. With its large residential scale, varied property types, and integrated community concept, Ellington Master Community represents Ellington Properties' expansion into master-planned community development in Dubai.
